Why work with Karen

Focused exclusively on family formation law since 2012.

Karen Persis is a Fellow of the Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys (AAAA) — a credential held by a limited number of attorneys nationwide. She has represented intended parents, surrogates, and donors in matters spanning nearly 20 countries on 5 continents, and has practiced in 16 of Florida’s 20 judicial circuits.

Her practice is deliberately narrow. Karen does not divide her attention across general family law, personal injury, or business matters. Every case she takes involves assisted reproductive technology, adoption, or family mediation — which means she brings deep, current knowledge of the statutes, case law, and fertility industry practices that govern these areas.
